Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Packt: Goal Tracking mobile application ("Packt," "app," "service"). By creating an account or using Packt, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Packt. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and accepts these Terms on your behalf.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your account with anyone.

3. Subscriptions

Packt Pro is available as a monthly subscription, annual subscription, or one-time lifetime purchase.

• Auto-renewal. Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Free trial. New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. Apple permits one trial per subscription group per Apple ID.
• Cancellation. You can cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; Pro access continues until then.
• Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Renewal charges occur 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Lifetime. A one-time payment grants permanent Pro access on the Apple account that made the purchase, subject to Apple's policies and continued availability of the service.
• Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple through their standard refund process; we do not issue refunds directly.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Packt for any illegal purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the app
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Use the app to harass, abuse, or harm other users via pack invites, pack names, or shared content
• Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or infringes on anyone's rights

5. Your Content

You own the content you create in Packt, including hunt titles, howl descriptions, and category names. By joining or creating a pack and inviting others, you allow other members of that pack to view shared content within that pack.

6. Intellectual Property

The Packt app, its design, artwork, and branding are owned by us. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

Packt is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the service will always be available, error-free, or meet your specific expectations. Your progress, streaks, and bone balance are motivational tracking tools — use them at your own discretion. We are not responsible for real-world habit outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from or related to your use of Packt is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time via the in-app account deletion flow (Profile → Delete account).

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be surfaced in the app before they take effect. Continued use of Packt after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
